How much notice do I need to give for a booking ?

You can book anytime however bookings get very busy, especially weekends, so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment

Can the inflatables be set up in bad weather ie rain or wind ?

we are happy to set up castles in rain aslong as you still want the hire it is against the LAW to set up any inflatable in winds in excess of 24mph so in the circumstance of higher winds than 24mph we would have to cancel the hire due to safety reasons

Can the bouncy castle be inflated indoors ?

Yes, our Bouncy Castles can be inflated indoors, we will provide sandbags to weigh the Bouncy Castle down. You will need to check the ceiling height of the venue to ensure the castle will fit. We also provide safety mats.

When are your bouncy castles available ?

Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.

What do the prices include ?

All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries. You will also receive a blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and safety crash mat, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection.

Do I have to pay a deposit ?

No deposit is required and we do not charge for cancellations 

How do I pay ?

Cash on delivery or cheque cleared in advance.

What if I need to cancel ?

You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given you may incur a cancellation fee.

Are you fully insured ?

We carry 5 million pounds worth of public liability cover, however as per our terms and conditions we cannot be held liable for any injuries caused whilst the castle is in your care. You are the sole person responsible for the castle and it's use and therefore should anything happen, you are liable to a claim as the hirer. Our Public Liability covers US against set up faults or faulty equipment etc.

how old do you have to be to hire a product out ?

you must be 18 yrs of age to be able to hire one of our products
